Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian Bollywood Actress. She was born in Patna, Bihar on June 2, 1987. She is the daughter of Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha who are both actor and politicians. She is the youngest of the three children of her parents. Her two older brothers are twins named Luv Sinha and Kush Sinha. She graduated in Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University located in Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Fashion Designer.
She began her acting career in the Hindi film Dabangg which became the highest grossing film of that year. Her performance in this film earned her critical acclaims a well as some awards including Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She then starred in films such as Son of Sardar, Rowdy Rathore, and Dabangg 2 in which all of these became biggest hits. Her recent performance in the film Lootera earned her colossal positive reviews.
