To reduce her anxiety, the model often talks to people she trusts or to a therapist she’s worked with for about four years. She said she was initially prejudiced about going to a therapist, but over time, as her relationship with the therapist developed, therapy became a part of life for Bieber – she found a place where she felt at ease and could talk out loud about everything in her head and not be afraid of judgment. The model also talked about what makes her feel calmer:

I like to spend time in nature, take a bath or do breathing exercises, they often help me reduce my anxiety.
